  • Alicante Condominiums, San Diego, CA – Design (details and specifications) and construction phase services for exterior coatings, sealants, planter waterproofing repairs, and balcony deck repairs.  Completed in 2014.

  • Westin Princeville Ocean Resort, Kauai, HI – Leak investigation and water testing to isolate mode of failure assoicated with various leaks, including roofing, copper flashings, and windows.  Completed in 2014.

  • Private Residences @ Lot 90 & 6, Kukio, Big Island, Detail consultation, Big Island, HI.  Completed in 2015.
  • Leak investigation of private residence, La Jolla, CA – Visual condition assessment and water testing.
  • San Diego Airport Expansion, San Diego, CA - Construction observation and reporting pertaining to installation of single ply PVC roofing system, exterior plaster, metal wall panel, window-walls, weather-resistive barrier, and sealants.  Completed in 2013.
  • Westin Mission Hills Villas, Rancho Mirage, CA - Preparation of specifications and drawings for exterior plaster repairs and installation of elastomeric coating and sealants on 18 multi-unit buildings.  Project management services included bid procurement, construction administration, and construction observations/monitoring.  Also included investigation of acoustic issues at elevated decks, and feasibility study in conjunction with acoustics engineer of options to mitigate issues.   Completed in 2013.
  • Westin Mission Hills Villas, Rancho Mirage, CA - Preparation of specifications and drawings for replacement of shower/bath tile and waterproofing on 18 multi-unit buildings.  Project management services included bid procurement, construction administration, and construction observations.  Completed in 2013.
  • Sheraton Keauhou, Big Island, HI - Peer review and construction administration for vehicular deck waterproofing/coating for porte cochere over kitchen/back-of-house operations.
  • Illumina Building 5 / Amphitheater  San Diego, CA – Peer review of Architect of Record’s design of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope design, and part-time construction observation services.  Separately, oversight of 3rd party monitoring to confirm installations and secure extended warranties of CETCO bentonite and hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing installations.  Completed in 2013.
  • Estates at V multi-family condominium buildings, Henderson, NV – Preparation of project manual with specifications pertaining to various repairs, including elastomeric painting, roof repairs, pedestrian traffic coating repairs, and miscellaneous other repairs.  Completed in 2012.
  • Newport Residences condominium buildings, Newport Beach, CA – System selection and design development services pertaining to roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope components of architectural design.  Completed in 2013. and Broadway affordable housing high rise, San Diego, CA – Project management of peer review of Architect of Record’s design of roofing, waterproofing and building envelope components.  Completed in 2013.

  • Placentia Place multi-family apartment buildings, Placentia, CA – Investigation of bulging in cement plaster; preparation of specifications and drawings for replacement of pedestrian traffic coating assembly.  Completed in 2011.
  • First Hawaiian Bank headquarters, Honolulu, HI – Preparation of drawings and specifications for replacement of low-slope, modified bitumen, high wind uplift resisting roofing system.  Included specification of uplift testing of installation.  Bid procurement and negotiation with winning contractor.  Completed in 2011.
  • Honolulu Airport Terminal Reroofing, Honolulu, HI – Preparation of specifications and drawings for replacement low-slope modified bitumen roofing system, as well as repair of spalling concrete.  Oversight of construction administration services.  Completed in 2011.

  • Na Hale O Makena multi-family condominium buildings, Makena, Maui, HI – Leak investigation, failure analysis, investigation of damage, and dispute resolution.  Design of repair solution, and construction observation of repairs.  Completed in 2011.
  • Makaha Valley Towers, Makaha, HI - Preparation of specifications and drawings for replacement low-slope TPO roofing system.  Bid procurement assistance and construction administration.  Completed in 2010.
  • Hard Rock Cafe, Honolulu, HI – Oversight of design of low-slope and steep-slope roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope components.  Construction administration, including inspection of EIFS installation work.  Completed in 2010.
  • Kona Ali’i, Kona, Big Island of Hawaii – Condition assessment and investigation of exterior components including deteriorated paint, spalling concrete, exterior walkways, aluminum railings, and roofing.  Design of replacement low-slope PMMA roofing system.  Construction administration assistance pertaining to spall repair, repainting, pedestrian traffic coating, and railing replacement project.  Completed in 2009.
  • Ala Moana Shopping Center, Honolulu, HI – Design and preparation of specification and details for new direct applied finish system; construction administration and oversight of monitoring efforts.  Completed in 2009.

  • Westchester Country Club, Westchester, NY – Investigation of condition of steel structural components within masonry facade.  Preparation of specifications and drawings for restoration of steel components, including flashing details and protective coatings/flashings, and replacement setback terrace waterproofing/paving assemblies on main building, and replacement roofing at clubhouse.
